Summary: The complainant requested information about the Ministry of Justice-�s (MoJ-�s) consideration of aspects of some Senior Salaries Review Body Reports. The MoJ said that it did not hold some of the requested information and refused to provide the remainder citing section 35(1)(a) (formulation of government policy). The Commissioner-�s decision is that the MoJ correctly applied section 35(1)(a) in this case. He requires no steps to be taken.
