Summary: The complainant has requested a list of physical, physiological and psychological effects which may be caused by using the invisible part of the electromagnetic spectrum on people. The Ministry of Defence (the -MOD-) provided some information, cited section 26(1)(defence) in respect of a sentence (which was not disputed by the complainant) and stated that no further information was held. The Commissioner-s decision is that, on the balance of probability, the MOD does not hold the requested information. He does not require any steps.
