Wokingham Borough Council (Undertakings) [2014] UKICO 2014-14 (15 April 2014)

An undertaking to comply with the seventh data protection principle has been signed by Wokingham Borough Council, after sensitive social services records relating to the care of a young child were lost. The information, which had been requested by a family member, was lost after the delivery driver left the documents outside the requester-�s home in August 2013.
