Isle of Scilly Council (Undertakings ) [2014] UKICO 2014-39 (9 September 2014)

An undertaking to comply with the seventh data protection principle has been signed by the Council of the Isle of Scilly. This follows an investigation into two separate incidents. The first relating to confidential information which was part of a disciplinary hearing being sent unredacted to third parties.
