Thamesview Estate Agents Ltd (Undertakings ) [2014] UKICO 2014-42 (11 August 2014)

An undertaking to comply with the seventh data protection principle has been signed by Thamesview Estate Agents Ltd after the company continued to leave papers containing personal information on the street despite a previous warning. The papers were stored in transparent bags and the information was clearly visible to anyone who walked past.
