The complainant requested information relating to parking enforcement. The Commissioner’s decision is that the London Borough of Haringey has correctly withheld some of the requested information under regulation 12(5)(e) (confidentiality of commercial or industrial information) of the EIR. However, there is some information that has been withheld that the Commissioner requires to be disclosed. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the invoices from Wing Parking Ltd with the confidential pricing details redacted.
