Summary: The complainant has requested information broadly concerning financial amounts that have been raised and/or held by two cull companies as a condition of issuing their licences. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the request is not manifestly unreasonable and so the exception provided by regulation 12(4)(b) was not engaged. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take the following steps to ensure compliance with the legislation. Issue a fresh response to the complainant-™s information request
