The complainant requested information relating to environmental complaints from Castle Point Borough Council. The Council provided some general information, but refused to comply to the detail requested on the grounds that the request was manifestly unreasonable. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request is manifestly unreasonable and the Council is not required to take any further action for this request. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0157 dismissed.
