The complainant has requested information relating to the number of Taxi and Private Hire drivers with a work related health condition that relates to the emissions of vehicles in London. The Commissioner’s decision is that Transport for London (TfL) has correctly applied Regulations 12(4)(b) to withhold the information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
