The complainant has requested information relating to Melton Mowbray Town Estate. Melton Borough Council disclosed some information, confirmed that other information was not held and withheld some information under the exception for the course of justice (regulation 12(5)(b) of the EIR). The Commissioner’s decision is that Melton Borough Council disclosed all the requested information not subject to exceptions it holds and complied with regulation 5(2) of the EIR and that it correctly applied regulation 12(5)(b) to withhold some of the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
