Summary: The complainant has requested information about a cross-departmental group from Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council (-the council-). The council subsequently advised that the information was not held. The complainant contested this response, and asked the Commissioner to investigate whether the requested information was held. The Commissioner-s decision is that the requested information is not held by the council. However the council provided its response outside of 20 working days, and therefore breached section 10(1). The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
