Summary: The complainant has requested East Riding of Yorkshire Council-s (-the Council-) internal audit reports on its Youth Service. The Council relied on sections 36(2)(b)(i) and (ii) to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner-s decision is that East Riding of Yorkshire Council-s reliance on section 36(2)(b)(ii) was correct. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take no steps following his decision.
