Summary: The complainant has requested from Derbyshire County Council (-˜the council-™) the financial terms and any additional pension enhancements upon which the previous Chief Executive left. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the council has incorrectly applied the exemption for information intended for future publication at section 22 of the FOIA.
