Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to how Hurworth Parish Council (-˜the council-™) deals with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (-˜FOIA-™), how it dealt with standards board complaints and information relating to an event held for some members of HMS Hurworth. The Commissioner-™s decision is that Hurworth Parish Council has incorrectly applied the vexatious provision at section 14(1) of the FOIA.
