BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

10 June 2014, Health (NHS)
The complainant requested information about a change to the Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust’s (‘the Trust’) logo. The Trust has now released information that the Commissioner considers fulfils the scope of the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Trust does not hold any further, relevant information. The Commissioner notes that the Trust breached section 10 of the Act as it did not release all the relevant information that it held within 20 working days of receiving the request.
