The complainant has requested details of the departure of a Chief Executive. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly has applied section 40(2) appropriately to the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any further steps.
