The complainant has requested information about the status or future of Greenwich Theatre. The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the “Council”) advised that to comply with the request would exceed the appropriate limit. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on section 12 as a basis for refusing to provide the information, but that it committed some procedural breaches.
