4 September 2014, Local government (Borough council)
The complainant has requested information relating to a contract for car parking. Wye Valley NHS Trust (the Trust) provided the complainant with the information it holds relevant to the scope of the request. It said that it did not however hold some of the information requested under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The Commissioner considers that the Trust was correct to confirm that it did not hold some of the requested information under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
FOI 1: Partly upheld
