The complainant requested copies of all documentation relating to an inspection at a particular school. Estyn refused the request under section 22 of the FOIA. In its internal review response Estyn stated that it considered the information requested to be exempt under sections 22, 33, 36 and 40(2) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Estyn has correctly applied section 33 to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
