The complainant has requested information relating to the proposed increase in MPs’ pay. The Commissioner’s decision is that Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) has correctly applied section 36(2)(b)(ii) by refusing to disclose the withheld information. He therefore requires no further action to be taken.
