The complainant has requested information relating to the death of a relative whilst in custody at a secure unit. The Commissioner’s decision is that Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (the Trust) has correctly applied section 41(1) to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0165 allowed.
