The complainant has requested information relating to any investigation carried out into the death of a named patient. The Commissioner’s decision is that Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust (the trust) has complied with its obligations under the FOIA in refusing to confirm or deny whether the information is held under section 41(2) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
