The complainant requested information relating to a particular footpath. Wrexham County Borough Council (‘the Council’) provided some information but withheld other information under regulation 12(5)(b) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly withheld the information on the basis of regulation 12(5)(b). The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
