The complainant requested minutes and agendas for a number of Council meetings, and a copy of a report produced by an external auditor. Llanfachraeth Community Council (‘the Council’) disclosed some information and stated that it did not hold other information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council breached section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act by disclosing some information later than 20 working days after receiving the request. However, the Commissioner is satisfied that the Council has now provided all of the information it holds regarding the request. He does not require any steps to be taken.
