Cheshire Constabulary disclosed some information and withheld the remainder, citing the non-disclosure exemption at 40(2) (personal data). The Commissioner’s decision is that section 40(2) is properly engaged. He does not require any steps. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
