The complainant requested information about complaints made against particular members of staff at The Oldham Academy North (TOAN). E-ACT determined that the request for information was vexatious in accordance with section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that E-ACT is entitled to rely on section 14(1) in refusing this request. He does not require the public authority to take any further steps.
