The complainant has requested information about research records, which Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust (‘the Trust’) says it does not hold. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Trust does not hold the requested information. He considers that the Trust has met its obligations under section 1(1) of the FOIA and does not require it to take any steps.
