The complainant requested information relating to the number of barring orders made in a specified time period. The MoJ cited section 12 of FOIA (cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limit). The Commissioner’s decision is that the MoJ has correctly applied section 12. He requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
