13 October 2015, Police and criminal justice
The complainant has requested information about a Speedwatch Coordinator and other Speedwatch-related matters from Cambridgeshire Constabulary (the ‘Constabulary’). The Constabulary provided some information, withheld some by virtue of section 40(2) (personal information) and advised that further information was not held. The Commissioner is satisfied that, where cited, section 40(2) is properly engaged. He is also satisfied that, on the balance of probabilities, where claimed no further information is held. No steps are required.
