The complainant has requested a copy of the Desborough Suite Feasibility study. The feasibility study explored the possibility of transforming a suite, at Maidenhead Town Hall into a multi-purpose entertainment centre. The Council refused to provide the requested information under section 36(2)(b)(ii) FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied section 36(2)(b)(ii) FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
