The complainant has requested specific Taser Deployment forms from 2014 and 2015. Cambridgeshire Constabulary advised that to comply with the request would exceed the appropriate limit at section 12 of the FOIA. The complainant disagreed with this and also the Constabulary’s interpretation of his request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Constabulary was entitled to rely on section 12 and also that it had properly interpreted the request. No steps are required.
