The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) secretly screened millions of their donors so they could target them for more money, a comprehensive ICO investigation has found.

The RSPCA informed the Commissioner in August 2016 that it has suspended wealth screening activities and ceased data-matching activities to obtain data that the data subject has not already provided.
