26 January 2016, Local government (City council)
The complainant has requested to view a copy of an application form made by his neighbour to the council under the Building Regulations 2010 relating to a loft conversion. The council applied Regulation 13(1) to withhold the information (personal data). The Commissioner’s decision is that council has correctly applied Regulation 13(1) to the information. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
EIR 13(1): Not upheld
