The complainant has requested the details of the auditor who provided assurances in respect of the financial standing of an online bookmaker. The Gambling Commission refused the request under section 43(2) – prejudice to commercial interests. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Gambling Commission was entitled to rely on the exemption. He does not require the Gambling Commission to take any further action in this matter.
