The complainant has requested information relating to the treatment of her father at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. The Commissioner’s decision is that in failing to respond to this request East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (the Trust) has breached sections 10(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust to respond to the request in accordance with FOIA.
