The complainant has requested the details relating to the liability orders issued by the Council in respect of unpaid council tax over the last six years. The Council refused the request under section 14(1) on the basis that it was vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request was vexatious and therefore the Council was entitled to refuse the request under section 14(1). The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further action in this matter.
