The complainant has requested information from Mill View Primary School (the “School”) regarding the existence of a contract for structural checks on the school walls. He has also argued this is environmental information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the School does not hold the requested information. He also considers the School correctly considered the request under the FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
