The complainant has requested information relating to the Northern Ireland Civil Service-wide Voluntary Exit Scheme. The Department of Finance (DoF) applied section 14(1) of the FOIA to the complainant’s request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DoF has correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA to the complainant’s request. The Commissioner therefore requires no steps to be taken.
