The complainant requested information from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) relating to contracts with G4S and Serco. The MoJ confirmed it holds the requested information but refused to disclose it citing sections 31(1)(a), (c) and (g) of the FOIA (law enforcement - prejudice to the prevention or detection of crime, to the administration of justice and to the exercise by any public authority of its functions respectively).
