The complainant has requested information relating to a proposed redevelopment. To date TfL has failed to respond to the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that TfL has breached regulation 5(2) of the EIR. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take the following steps to ensure compliance with the legislation. Respond to the request in accordance with its obligations under the EIR.
