26 April 2017, Police and criminal justice
The complainant requested information relating to a civil court claim. The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPCC) relied on section 14(1) of the FOIA (vexatious requests) to refuse to provide the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the OPCC correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA to the request. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
FOI 14: Not upheld
