The complainant has requested information relating to cases dealt with by a named employee of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS has withheld the information on application of section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the exemption has been engaged correctly and she does not require the FOS to take any steps.
