The complainant has requested information from the council in relation to a public consultation of a proposed 20 mph limit and information relating to proposed road closures and a resident’s questionnaire. The council has acknowledged receipt of the complainant’s requests but has failed to respond in accordance with regulation 5(2) of the EIR. The Commissioner has therefore decided that the council has breached regulation 5(2) of the EIR. She therefore requires the council to issue a response to both requests in accordance with the EIR.
