Hertsmere Borough Council

Hertsmere Borough Council responded by either disclosing held information, advising where the held information was already publicly available and easily accessible, or denying that it was held. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has complied with regulation 5(1). However, the Council did not comply with the requirements of regulation 5(2) and regulation 11(4). The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
