West Sussex County Council

The complainant has requested information with regards to the creation of specific posts and associated costs. West Sussex County Council (the council) provided the information it held. The complainant considered that the council held more than what it provided. The Commissioner’s decision is that no further information is held by the council. She also found that the council breached section 10(1) of the FOIA due to the time it took to respond to the request. As the council has now provided its response, the Commissioner does not require it to take any steps.

FOI 10: Complaint upheld FOI 1: Complaint not upheld
