The complainant requested information about a pay review. The BBC disclosed some information and withheld some information under sections 36(2)(b)(i) and (ii) and 36(2)(c) – prejudice to the conduct of public affairs and section 40 - personal data. The Commissioner is satisfied that sections 36(2)(b) and 40 are engaged in respect of all the information to which they have been applied. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any action.
