The complainant requested information relating to female prisoners under the supervision of a specified member of staff at HMP Bronzefield. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) requested the request on the basis that it was vexatious and cited section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the MoJ correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the MoJ to take any steps.
