the Prime Minister’s visit to the US in January 2017 shortly following the inauguration of President Trump. Relying on sections 27(4) and 36(3) FOIA, the public authority neither confirmed nor denied holding the requested information. The Commissioner concluded that the public authority was not entitled to rely on sections 27(4) and 36(3) FOIA. The Commissioner also found the public authority in breach of the procedural requirement in section 10(1) FOIA.
