Visit Britain

The complainant has requested a variety of information relating to a number of tender exercises, grant applications and contracts in two separate requests. Visit Britain refused to comply with both requests citing section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Visit Britain is entitled to refuse to comply with both requests in accordance with section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any further action to be taken.
