Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

The complainant has requested information from Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust about the total number of operations cancelled for non-clinical reasons, and broken down by the cause of the cancellation. The Commissioner’s decision is that Trust has breached section 10 (1) of the FOIA in that it failed to provide a valid response to the request within the statutory time frame of 20 working days.
